Refund Policy
Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24-48 hours of your event, providing a detailed explanation and supporting evidence. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note:
- No refunds for personal taste preferences.
- Return of the uneaten portion is required for assessment.
- A 15% non-refundable fee applies to initiated orders. The remaining balance may be refunded as store credit or bank transfer.
- No refunds for cakes that have been fully consumed.
Once your order has been picked up or handed over for delivery, we cannot accept any responsibility. Please address any issues at the time of collection. We will not accept any refund requests for design once the cake has left the premises unless it conflicts with the order received.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the order date: No refund or credit as there is a chance your order has been prepared, OR a potential customer has missed out due to capacity.
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the order date are entitled to an 85% refund. 15% is retained to cover administrative and production costs. All refunds or credits are at our discretion.
